Unique among other brands of recirculating chimney hood, the RA3830SQD and RA3836SQD (D for ductless) do more than just add a set of charcoal filters and call it a day.
If you can not vent outside, this recirulating stainless steel Kobe hood was specifically engineered to recirculate back into your kitchen.
Stand alone, wall mount, Kobe RA-038 30 inch and 36 inch wide recirculating chimney hood in seamless construction #430 commercial 18 gauge satin finish stainless steel with adjustable duct covers.
Features two turbine impeller fans for centrifugal filtering, easy to clean oil catchment, and two 20 watt halogen lights.
Please note that a 20 watt halogen light puts out 320 lumens, which is equal to a 35 watt incandescent light bulb.
Cleaning of the centrifugal fans is as easy as setting on low speed and spraying degreaser up into each blower, allowing the degreased material to flow back down into the catchment and then rinsing them out.
This is key to odor free performance in a professional quality recirculating kitchen hood - if the blowers are dirty, the exhaust will smell since they are past the charcoal filters.
The Kobe RA038 recirculating kitchen hood's four speed control has a quiet mode (150cfm at 2.0 sone), low setting (200 cfm at 2.8 sone), medium setting (330cfm at 4.0 sone), and high setting (400 cfm at 4.6 sone).
All Kobe hoods are metric widths rounded to inches - consult diagrams for exact sizing.

Kobe range hoods are kept in stock and typically ship the next business day.
If a hood model is Out of Stock, notice is posted in bold red text above shopping cart button for that particular unit.
After your new hood is in transit, we automatically email tracking information with estimated delivery date and contact information for the trucking company.
We have always enjoyed working with Kobe and trust you too will find their customer service very helpful, should you ever need it.
And if history is any judge, you may well never need any parts or service.
Kobe engineering and construction has proven extremely reliable over the years.

Kobe keeps parts in stock and reacts quickly to customer needs.
One of the high points of their warranty - and quite unique amongst hood manufacturers - is they provide on-site service calls as part of their warranty.
If need be, they will do their best to sub-contract one of your local independent appliance repair centers for a service call.
Shipping the entire unit back for repair is the last option for Kobe, not the first and only option found with most other hood manufacturers.
